CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
This contract is for basic Dubsado set up services between Smarter Creative LLC (hereinafter “Company”) and you, the purchaser (hereinafter “Client”). Collectively, Company and Client will be referred to as the “Parties.” The Parties agree to the terms set forth below (hereinafter “Agreement”).
1. Conditions
This Agreement will not take effect, and Company will have no obligation to provide services, until: (a) Client pays the initial Booking Fee; and (b) Client schedules their Pre-Work Strategy Call. Upon satisfaction of these conditions, this Agreement will be deemed to take effect.
2. Services and Deliverables
Client hires Company to provide Dubsado setup services through the Personalized Dashboard. In fulfillment thereof, Company will provide the following services (hereinafter "Services"):
- Initial Setup:
- 60 Minute Strategy Call that the Framework of the Playbook will be based on
- The Playbook will be built inside of Notion
- A list of everything that the Client needs to create will be listed inside of the playbook including:
- Canned Emails
- Schedulers
- Forms
- Payment Plans
- Packages
- Workflows
- All canned emails will be written to ensure the correct smart fields are used
- Instructions on setting up Dubsado settings
- Support Services:
- One (1) comprehensive tutorial walkthrough
- Two (2) weeks of direct support following system completion
3. Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay Company either: a) A one-time payment of $1199 (hereinafter "Total Price"); or b) Four (4) monthly installments of $300, totaling $1200 (hereinafter "Total Price")
Client understands that Company will not provide Services or begin work until first payment is received.
4. Method of Payment
Client hereby authorizes Company to charge Client’s credit card or debit card automatically as part of Client’s payment plan.
5. Timeline and Delivery Schedule
Upon satisfaction of the Conditions in this Agreement, Company commits to the following timeline:
- Phase 1 Strategy:
- Upon Booking Company will send Client a link to book their Pre-work Strategy Call
- Phase 2 Playbook Creation:
- Company will provide a comprehensive Playbook within fourteen (7) days of completing the pre-work strategy call
- Phase 3 Support:
- The two-week support period begins upon delivery of the completed setup
- OPTIONAL CUSTOM DESIGNED FORM
- If Client selects the optional custom designed form:
- Company will provdide an intial version to review within 7 usiness days
- Client shall have ten (10) days to provide feedback on the Form Design
- Company will provide final design within five (5) business days of feedback completion.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to the following responsibilities:
- Personalized Playbook:
- Client shall complete and submit the homework package within thirty (30) days of booking
- If homework is not submitted within thirty (30) days, Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and retain any payments made
- Delays in homework submission will result in corresponding delays to the project timeline
- (OPTIONAL) Custom Designed Form:
- Client shall complete and submit the form homework within thirty (30) days of booking
- Client shall provide timely feedback during the review period for the form
- Failure to provide feedback within seven (7) days will be considered approval of the form
- Additional revision requests after approval may incur additional fees
7. Late Fees
For every three (3) days Client fails to make timely payment according to the above terms, Company may charge, and Client agrees to pay, a late fee equal to the greater of ten percent (10%) of the outstanding payment amount or $100.
